Thanks Johan

The black screen has only happened once and a press of the reset button by the Sim Card fixed it. The display is permanent on videos though and its giving me a sour taste after coming back to Sony.

I have a Nexus 4, Galaxy Note 8.0, iPad and a Kindle and the Ultra can't compete with them at the moment.

I have already requested support and hope they can help me out.

Richard

I received my Z Ultra yesterday and am really concerned with the quality of the video. Every video, either being played via Netflix, SEN, Youtube and even the demo ones per-installed look terrible. The antialiasing is really jagged and everything looks really over sharp. Has anyone else suffered from this?

I have had the black screen problem too but I haven't seen any mention of what I'm experiencing.

I've messed with the display options but nothing works.

Richard

Its hard to examine this over a forum so I suggest that you bring your phone to any Sony retailer to compare it with another one. I think this is the only way to find out if this is a problem or not.

About the black screen issue you describe, I haven't been able to replicate it but if you still experience this please send me a PM with the following details.

Name:
Phone nr:
E-mail:
Country:
Operator:
Product(s):
IMEI nr:
Build number:
