i've read that jelly bean support the vocal service offline...BUT... in settings, language, i can't donwload any language package!! no menu voice!!!

I have a android JB 4.1.2 on xperia go

help!!

i would like the italian language!!

It should work offline voice for messaging, settings > language & keyboard > text to speech output etc

no, it doesn't work offline!!!... because there is NO one voice pack! the problem isn't the output... but the INPUT!!...
