Sony Xperia Sp Touch problem

Hi,

I am using Xperia SP from past 2 months. The mobile was awesome at initial stages , i had a very good touch experience and i need touch my screen exactly to open an App, just pointing a finger on the screen was sufficient to open an App , but after 15 days of usage ,

I am getting irritated while charging using USB cable using DELL PC, The touch doesnt work, when i try to unlock the phone using security pattern , the touch fails, though it doesnt sense anything the patterns are getting displayed. I have to bang on it to open any App.

I am not able hear anything when i m on call.

Phone hangs most of the time.

While playing games , touch doesnt work .

While using internet , webpages hangs , and suddenly wifi gets turned ON , the screen keeps toggling .

Its very disappointing

Is there any fix for all these issues , I am currently using 12.0.a.1.257 build.

Repair your phone with SUS or PCC

Hi,

I have updated the phone with newer build , still m facing the same problem. I took it Sony service center in Bangalore , Accel Frontline, Kormangala 8th Block. That person updated with new firmware , still the glove mode is not working , cursor ring doesnt appear, While charging using USB , the patterns doesnt work, and UI goes out of control.

If i tell that person this problem , he is said I dont know anything about this phone. What scrap service engineers Sony has got?

He is suggesting me to take it to another Sony service center in Indiranagar . Its really waste of my time and money
