Phone keeps going to loud.

Hi, after the recent update my Xperia L keeps leaving vibrate and goes to loud. Any ideas? Have done the usual, turn off remove sim, check apps, volume....

I did notice that Prey always comes up in the open apps list even when not touched. It's a right pain to remove but is this causing the phone to go on loud?

Deleted Prey. Problem solved. After the update installed Prey reported my phone missing. Now Prey is gone and problem is gone.

Good to hear that you figured it out, if you run into another issue, it doesn't hurt to repair your phone
