email app's MOVE TO function not working

My email was setup using IMAP and I have several folders in it. But everytime I tried to move an email from my inbox, not even a single folder can be selected.

phone specs:

- C6603

- Android 4.2.2

I can't recreate the problem you are experiencing when I'm setting up my Google-account as an IMAP account in the email application in the phone.

Which e-mail provider do you use? Have you been able to move to other folders in mobile devices before?

Does it work if download and use another email client from Google Play? For example K-9 mail.

I'm using a rackspace email account (corporate account). I haven't experience this issues with xperia zr and galaxy s4.. I already tried other email apps like k-9 and maildroid and it's working just fine..

to me what happens to me is that when I delete an email I get the old tray and read another one and I figure as unread whenever I delete an email I get another email simpre set me read when it is not so.
