Remove the back cover.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Press and hold down the OFF button using the tip of a pen or a similar object. The&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;device turns off automatically.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;*Do not use overly sharp objects that could damage the OFF button.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Xperia SP Frozen!</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was turning off my Xperia SP device and it has frozen on the shutting down screen!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Holding down the power off button, powe off + camera, hard reset on back or any other combination does not work!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else had this issue? This is a pretty weird thing to happen within a week of having the phone!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Didn't have more problems so far, but I'm still very skeptical with the OS or hardware on this phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
