can't download any application from play store?

Hello guyz

I got my XZ two days ago and from the very first time i started the device and set it up i can't download any apllication from play store its just downloading and never start download,the problem exist on both wifi and 3g connection.

I tried removing cach of the play store and restarted the device,i even reset my device and removed all data.

Any other solutions?

As well as clearing the cache, try also uninstalling updates (done through the same screen).

I tried that,i also tried installing the last update of play store but the problem still exist

It could be something to do with your Google account, I would try creating a new user and seeing if you still get the same problem.

I think I had that problem when I accidently used a non Google email account to sign in...

Could it be that a firewall or the like is preventing you from downloading/making purchases on the Play Store. Is it a HK or chinese branded phone? That's all I can think of at the moment.

i have a same problem
