Some glitches faced in x10i

Seems SE, on therun to make a very competitive high end phone, forgot to better some basics:

1. The key boards provided are very very poor in so costly a phone, I had to solve my problems by downloading the HTC keyboard..

2. The sound quality, for In calls & Ringers could have been better

3. The media volume, though not bad, cant be rated among the best.

4. Thought the touchscreen is really good and fast, it seems to sleep at the ends, or is that again a problem with key boards, because the 'a' and 'l' in the ends take some time in repairing.

Can these issues be solved in the next software update?

Are youu saying that pressin some keys, when writing sms , the screen writes other letter or dont even write any? I have the same response problem with te P letter...it writes the O almost the time ... you got the HTC keyboard? what app is that, so i can download it too.

I had the same problems with keyboard in ver 014 ,but in 023 no more :smileygrin: ... at least this is worked out ! Try update-ing !

HOw's that?How can i update the keyboard, or see my version, writing in my X10 its a difficult task!!

go to : menu > settings > about phone > the last row is the "build number" ... if you have 014/016 at the end of ther version number you should up-date or wait for the up-date !

My baseband is 0.16, but i have searched for the update and it says that i have the latest update, i've tried with Pc companion and SEUS to update and they all say the same, i still have the R1 firmware
