Screen turned grey when playing a game, force starting didn't help

It still stays grey and black with several lines on top of the screen upon force restarting the whole phone, it seems like a screen problem, is there any way to solve it without taking it to a shop to repair?

Please HELP ME if you know what to do, I have an important thing to do tonight with my phone and I desperately need it, not enough time to buy another phone in time..

You could repair the phone with Xperia Companion if that doesn't work then you will have to contact your local support to get it repaired.
