~~Le volet des notifications en haut de l'écran ne descend plus, ne glisse plus vers le bas je ne peux donc plus accéder à certains raccourcis ni aux notifications...~~

Hi @Roswell2000, I am sorry to hear about this.

Do you have any protective film covering the display preventing the touch screen to function properly? Make sure you have removed the temporary transparent protection film that covers the screen when you first buy your Xperia device and if you have any protective film on the display, try to remove it to see if the touch response improves.

Secondly I would suggest that you test the functionality of the touch screen in the support application. In order to do this, find and tap Settings > Support > Xperia Tests > Touch screen.

Another thing you could try is to reboot your phone in to safe mode. All apps downloaded from Play Store is temporarily deactivated while in safe mode and by doing this you can see whether this is caused by a downloaded app. For more information on safe mode and how to use it, see this link.
