    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1226000"&gt;@Ticato&lt;/A&gt;,,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would recommend you to try clearing data for the application called "download manager" and the application Play store.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You do this by following this guide: Go to settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;amp; notifications &amp;gt; Choose "App info" &amp;gt; Tap the three vertical dots in the top right and choose "Show system" &amp;gt; Find the one called "Download manager" &amp;gt; Press "Storage" &amp;gt; Choose "Clear data". And also, do the same for the one called "Google play store".&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Then try to download the applications again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it went! &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.si/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
