Sony Experia XA2 headphone jack not working

I've had the phone just 3 months and for some unknown reason the headphone jack is not working. I have tried to correct it via the Sony Experia Companion app but to no effect. Does anyone have any advice on this?

J'ai eu ce problème et j'ai trouvé la solution sur le net Je ne me souviens plus exactement la manipulation à faire mais de mémoire il faut brancher le casque tel éteint, rallumer et débrancher. À voir. Pour info je n avais plus de son sur mes vidéos.

This is a known problem on Xperia, perhaps for this reason that Sony removes its Jack plugs on the new models.
