You can the tests in Settings &amp;gt; Support &amp;gt; Xperia tests &amp;gt; "Loudspeaker" and "earspeaker", or if you have the latest version of the application its merged into "Media".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there is no sound coming from either speaker in the test and based on the troubleshooting you have already done on your own, get in touch with your &lt;A href="https://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Local support team&lt;/A&gt; so they can arrange a repair for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it went!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
