Bootloop problem

One day while i qas jut watching yt vids my phone xperia sa2 suddenly shutted down

then when i tried to open it it opens the sony logo then when that color changing cperia logo comes after 5-10 seconds it stops then it repeats again

i there any another way to fix this without pc?

Hi @Sgiecel, sorry to hear about this.

You can try and remove the SIM and/or SD card(s) from your device and see if it starts up correctly when these cards aren't mounted. If it still doesn't work, you will need to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion or get in touch with your Local support team so they can arrange a repair for you.

In most cases this is related to the software in the device, so if you can borrow a computer or use a friends computer, that would be the best.

Hi @JaQue91, sorry to hear about this.

Do I understand correctly that when you removed the SIM card from the device, it works fine and you don't have notice any unexpected behaviour when powering it on? If that is correct, try replacing your SIM card with a new one, or if you can borrow one from a friend, colleague or family member. Just so we can see if the SIM card is the culprit or not.
