      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;One day while i qas jut watching yt vids my phone xperia sa2 suddenly shutted down&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then when i tried to open it it opens the sony logo then when that color changing cperia logo comes after 5-10 seconds it stops then it repeats again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i there any another way to fix this without pc?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it still doesn't work, you will need to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-perform-a-software-repair-with-Xperia-Companion/m-p/1103057" target="_blank"&gt;perform a software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt; or get in touch with your &lt;A href="https://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Local support team&lt;/A&gt; so they can arrange a repair for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In most cases this is related to the software in the device, so if you can borrow a computer or use a friends computer, that would be the best.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it went!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If that is correct, try replacing your SIM card with a new one, or if you can borrow one from a friend, colleague or family member. Just so we can see if the SIM card is the culprit or not.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
