If you do, you can try to contact them and ask them if they can give provide you with a receipt of the purchase.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope that helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - I dropped my phone and it is damaged where the down volume button is - I can't get the phone out of safe mode because it constantly thinks I'm holding down the button.&amp;nbsp; Is there another way to force the phone out of safe mode?&amp;nbsp; I can't find my proof of purchase and a mobile repair centre cannot fix this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
