Hi, I never said this will FIX the problem, it is just a TEMPORARY remedy to it and i also said that I’m waiting for an update to fix it. This method worked on my phone (XA1 plus) so I’m just sharing my experience.

Try this, go to developer options or unlocked it by tapping the firmware build number 7 times after you unlocked it find the BACKGROUND PROCESS and set it to NO BACKGROUND PROCESS. and that’s it, hope it remedies the problem. This is what i did and so far i haven’t seen this problem again

PS. This is not a fix ok? Hope they fix it with an update and i apologize for my bad english.

no that does not fix it, there is no fix for this problem unless developers themselves fix it but sony is too irresponsible and yet still they are selling this problematic phone shamelessly,

someone Said installing another launcher fixes it but that does not fix it too unfortunately,
