My phone system is broken and now it reloading every time , I need drivers to boot it with flashtool and instal new Android.

Download Xperia companion and select repair my phone.

You will then get the option of selecting your handset if it won't power on

As @Viridis mentioned, you can use the Xperia Companion program to reinstall the latest available software in your device by performing a software repair.
