Apps in SD card fail to update

I am using "Xperia XA1 Ultra Dual SIM". I have some Apps moved to SD card. However, I found all these Apps fail to update in "Google Play".

The symptom is :

Google Play start update --> dowloading -> installing -> after sometime, it back to dowload again --> installing --> download ....

It is looping download and install forever.

At first, I think "Google Play" error, then I found all Apps that fail to update are moved to SD card. If I move Apps back to "internal memory", the Apps would updated successfully.
