For example, do you get a question to unlock the SIM card when powering on the device?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/202"&gt;@uliwooly&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;mentioned, if you haven't tried with a different SIM card that is a good test to do, just to make sure that the SIM card isn't the culprit.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it still doesn't recognize the SIM card, get in touch with your &lt;A href="https://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Local support team&lt;/A&gt; and they will arrange a repair for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know how it went!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
