Why Sony? I had this phone just two weeks!

Hi there! I recently posted something about new XA2 Ultra update, I finally decided to update, but what's wrong? Yesterday I started having problems with my device, "It's crazy" locks and unlocks screen one and other time, I JUST CAN'T USE IT!

I've done a lot of factory reset, tried to repair with Companion but NOTHING! because it's the same version 50.2.A.0.379

I purchased this device a month ago, and received 2 weeks ago (On eBay) because I was a Sony Lover, but this is my second bad device, last was XA, which screen display just started having lines and finally stopped working, I haven't a guarantee because I'm from Honduras, here we haven't Xperia on sale! (Remember it's from eBay - US version) And I trusted on Sony for a lot of years, All my electronics, cameras, headphones, etc. Are from Sony, but today I can't continue with that, so bad Sony!

Indeed! Sony fix the android 9 issues, the *.352* version. It takes so long! Why? I have many friends that want to buy XA2 devices but they are scared because of issues of that and then they go and buy something else like Crapsung or Icrap regretting other issues. Please Sony make a difference and put some changes!
