Sony XA2 says "google framework services has stopped" then resets, to do the same again

hi there,

when i woke up this morning, went to unlock my phone and after i put in the pin code it said "google framework services has stopped" then restarted, its done this all day. i cant even get into the settings and fix it like numerous websites have said.

ive even tried to hold down power button and volume down to try to do a factory reset.

bit gutted as i have 6 months of photos of my family that are not on a SD card or backed up.

but is there anything i can do to fix this without factory resetting?
