      <title>Absolutely shocking customer services!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Have had on going issues dating back to Nov 2022. I have had a number of replacement Waterproof MP3&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;This recent issue has been going on 7 weeks already. I supplied every document and email ever received (there are Lots!!!)&amp;nbsp; and still getting we will call (they dont) and respond in 1 - 2 working days!&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;come on Sony sort it out please!&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
