xperia 2.1 to 4.1 upgrade?

hi can anyone tell me can i upgrade from 2.3.7 to 4.1 are would i have to get 4.0 first.also ram is small about 300mb. is this bettered with update???

but i am still using xp pro. have a laptop running vista, do i still require Microsoft® Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1 or Windows 10??

Xperia Companion requires windows 7 or higher. We cannot guarantee compatibility on older operating systems.
