When are Sony going to fix all these bugs.

1 Youview guide and catch up is now not working

2 Iplayer won't play in 4k with internet speed of 40.

3 Iplayer ITV hub etc doesn't save sign in details

I won't buy sony products again

Try going to settings - device preferences - Storage - Internal storage - cache - clear then restart the TV.

You can also try resetting the Youview settings by going to Settings - Apps - YVServiceHost - storage - Clear data and cache

I have tried resetting storage cache to no avail.

I can't see YVservice host in app list. There is that much junk/settings that in my view should

be set automatically.

I would expect to see YVservice alphabetically between x & z ?

Also the bbc iplayer is not listed as recently opened app even though a program has been watched

fully for an hour.

And still the bbc app is asking for a sign in every other day or so.

A new software update was released at the end of last month (v6.5042) try updating to it and checking the apps again.
