No catchup guide - 24hours on youview 65AG8

Noticed the last week that the catchup tv on the youview guide is saying no information is available which is quite enoying.

If I go back 24 hours or more there is no guide so obviously no catchup .

I can still get bbc Iplayer itv hub YouTube etc

I've recently changed broadband so not sure if this is linked allthru I can get Internet fine on the TV.

I've manged to solve this by resetting to factory settings .

This was strange as the loss of the guide for going back in time was also about the time I changed Bb to nowtv .

Also I was getting the TV constantly resetting the Internet connection and after some digging I found out that I needed to deselect the Ip6 on the lan settings of the router.

Very strange indeed
