Can´t re-order channels and export channel list

55XF9005, Android 8, newest update, location Finland, language Finnish

1) I can't re-order/sort the channels, options are greyed out under digital tuning menu. I have stopped Youview service, but that didn't help.

2) How usb memory stick should be formatted so that the channel list can be exported to it? If I don't let the tv to do that I can't export the list. If I let the tv to format the usb memory stick it allows exporting to be done, but my laptops (Mac, 2 x Windows) won't recognize the memory stick. Tried with different memory sticks with different file systems.

I would appreciate if someone could help me. Now used 4 hours to this soon, resetted the tv etc. without any luck. This all started after channels appeared as duplicates and EPG couldn't be used anymore and I had to do retuning.
