Hi Satltyworm,

Has this just started to happen?

If so, did you change anything on your TV?

If you e.g. updated the firmware I would recommend to perform a factory reset.

In case this doesn't solve the problem please contact support.

Cheers

Hi, anyone experience where the wifi would just turn off everytime you switch the tv off? and only way to toggle this back is by holding down power to restart the tv? It's very inconvenient having to do this every time, wonder if mine is faulty.

Hi Peter,

Only took my delivery this week, and had this set up on Tuesday. It all worked fine until yesterday so had couple of days.

Now everytime we turn on the TV, it will not connect to wifi and you can not toggle the on and off bar in settings. Only solution at the moment is restart the TV which then the wifi is auto connected and works fine.

As you can imagine is not quite what you want to be doing every time you turn the TV on and I have already done this quite a few time to actually bother me. I will try factory reset tonight and see if that will solve the issue.

Thanks.
