anyone elses prime video stop working right?

This is on the 2020 models i have a 49in 950k and my dad has a 55 inch 850 i think it is. both doing the same issue but Prime video worked fine yesterday

Probably a temporary issue - did you try again today?

I've watched prime yesterday without issues but I'm living in Germany.

well the 16th it was working fine and today the 17th it was messing up and not loading video giving an error. so i tried my dads tv that very close to idenical and same issue but prime works on PS4 on ipad website

Do you have the latest software versions on both TVs as well as the latest app versions? (I couldn't provide any links or steps since I was unable to recognize the model numbers mentioned)

still hasnt been working i even unintalled and reinstalled the App.

TV is sony x950h

i uninstalled the updates to amazon prime app and it worked but on the older version idk if i updated the app if it would work
