Google Search does not respond with my television.

I have a problem with my television and my microphone (which comes with the television). The speech is not responding as in searching what I had said. I've got the KDL43W809C thats got a microphone on but its not responding back and its keeps on saying 'It didn't catch that.' or 'I did not hear that.'.

It seems if you say things louder it helps. But i think it does have accent issues.
