      <title>Netflix fails to load after v5.417 firmware update</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After the latest update (v5.417 ) on my XBR-75X850C, when I attempt to launch the Netflix application, it gets stuck on the initial 'N" screen.&amp;nbsp; Rebooting the TV solves the problem on the next application launch but is not a long term solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I think they can help with this.
