&lt;P&gt;I would recommend checking the current network settings on your TV to see if this is causing the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To do this press the 'HOME' button, then select&amp;nbsp;[Settings] — [Network] — [Advanced settings] — [Network status] — [Check Connection].&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Let me know how you get on.&lt;/P&gt;

All very annoying.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi colin_mckenna,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried connecting the TV to a hot spot (that you generate with your phone) to see if the same thing will happen? because if it doesn't, then maybe your connection is not stable enough or other issues that can be addressed by your ISP may be the cause.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Win_88&lt;/P&gt;</description>
