Cannot register my new Sony tv

First post so please be gentle .. been trying for 2 days to register my new tv but it won’t let me select whether bought online or not and also country and date purchased ? Is the site on the wonk as I’m losing the plot .. getting frustrated 🤨

Are you trying to use your mobile phone to register, i had same problem that my model wasnt there to select, so used my lap top and the selections were there. Hope this helps
