Hi,

I have a 65XE85 4k UHD tv. When I try to play any 4k movie from USB (3.0) is jerky. When I play them from NETFLIX they are perfect. What is the problem?

Hi Mike,

It might have something to do with the speed of your USB Drive.

Can you let me know which Drive you are using?

Thanks,

It may be the crappy stock media player, I had the same issue (different model), I just installed a different player off the Play store and its been perfect since!

You could try VLC Player as well or MXPlayer?
