Sony Bravia bought three months ago. Today for no reason, it won't switch on. White power light is on and when on button pressed on remote and/or power button on side of tv it clicks as if about to comne on then.....nothing - just black screen. No other remote functions work and tv power button doesn't do anything. Switch power off at mains and light goes out then on powering up.....same problem.

Try switching on from the tv-remote ( Video & Tv SideView ) app.

This worked twice for me.

Tried that - app can't find the Tv
