Hi,

Looking for some advise.

I have the 55" A1 and I bought a extra sub.

When I switch on the tv the sound only comes from the sub?

I have to reset the tv to get the sound back.

Any advise would be great.

Thanks for the reply.

I still can not get it to work.

When I switch the tv on its just the sub that makes the noise.

I have to go to the sound menu and select headphone then set back to sub for it to work.

Sony support said the tv sound will not work when using an external sub.

I'm very confused.
