    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes when I switch channels on the Virgin TIVO box teh sound goes off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using a soundbar of which is connected via a optical cable to the TV .&amp;nbsp; The V6 box is connected via HDMI cable to HDMI 1 ( the TV has ARC on the HDMI 3 socket).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I used the You Tube APP on the TV and when I came out and switched back to Virgin TV there was no sound from the TV OR Soundbar.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried restarting all items seperately and did not clear and ended up having to switch everything off at the mains socket and wait 2-3 minutes before powering back up,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any Ideas&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Could you please give us the model number of your TV? And your soundbar too, if it is a Sony one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
