Sony 55" XD9305 - sometimes HDR do not switch on automatically in PS4 PRO HDR games

Hello,

I have Sony Bravia 55" inch XD9305 model. I connected to this TV Playstation 4 PRO.

All works perfectly, but sometimes HDR do not swicth automaticaly in HDR games (HDR enabled in game).

When this issue appears I need to restart my TV holding power button - after that all works fine again. Issue do not appears on Android TV apps like Netflix. I have the newest firmware.

How to avoid this issue? Is it possible? Is it software issue?

Hi there

The only suggestion I have is to wait until the long awaiting Marshmallow firmware is released for these TVs. It shouldnt be too much longer now

Once this firmware is released and you have updated your TV - I would advise a factory reset of the TV and then test to see if you still have this issue.
