    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On my new Sony Bravia TV, when I try and watch YouTube or Netflix in 4K I get a message saying 'available when signal input is 1080'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't see any option to set this? Help please!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive set the picture mode as Cinema Pro, but still get this message!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;4K content should just play, without any error messages.&amp;nbsp; In regards to Netflix, are you on the 'Premium' membership?&amp;nbsp; As this is the only package that can stream 4K material from Netflix:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In regards to 4K on YouTube, are you choosing 4K content such as:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xcJtL7QggTI" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xcJtL7QggTI&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, when playing the video, ensure that its playing in 2160p by clicking on the HQ button of the YouTube controls?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Lastly, are you playing 4K content via the inbuilt apps on the TV and not through another external device?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
